Briar Patch Policies:
Shipping
Briar Patch Fibre Co is not responsible for combining shipping fees for multiple orders. If there is an item you wish to add to your order after it has been placed, please reach out to briarpatchfibres@gmail.com and we can add it to the same order given it has not already been sent off. If it has been mailed, a new order will need to be placed. Any order containing a "Preorder" Item, will be mailed when the Preordered Item ships. If you wish for it to come sooner, please place a separate order.
Lost Items
While Briar Patch Fibre Co is not responsible for replacing product lost, stolen, or damaged by the third party shippers, we will work with you and the relevant Shipper to locate the package. We tragically cannot supply a refund or replacement for the lost item.
Returns
If a product you purchase for some reason does not meet what you were hoping or wanting, please email briarpatchfibres@gmail.com. You are more than welcome to ship the product back to the Briar Patch in the same condition you received it in within 2 weeks of delivery date. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the product. Please note that only the cost of the product will be refunded. You will not be refunded the cost of shipping. If you with to return the product after the 2 week refund period, you may send the product back and you will be given an equal amount store credit.
