The Sphinx is a treacherous beast with the head of a woman, body of a lion, and wings of a bird. When encountered, she asks her prey to answer a riddle. When they answer incorrectly, she kills and eats them. She was employed as a guardian of Thebes, tasked to keep various riff-raff out of the city; a task she was quite successful at. Though her exact riddle changes based on myth and has largely been lost to time, the riddle was: "Which creature has one voice and yet is four-footed in the morning, and two footed by day, and three footed at night?" A riddle solved by none, except Oedipus Rex.

Wet block when finished working. Some color bleeding may happen on first wash.
The yarn is dyed in the same pot, but that by no means promises they will each take the dye the same. If you are making a large project, please feel free to reach out and I can work with you to ensure the yarn you get is from the same dyelot, or dye them special for you. I want to ensure your product turns out as beautifully as you imagine it!
Studio is not pet-free, cats and dogs are present. I try my best to avoid their contact with product, but alas. They are powerful beings.
Handwash with wash of your choice, lay flat to dry.

Care Instructions
As this is a wool product it is fairly naturally self-cleansing. Socks should be handwashed after approximately 3 wears. Sweaters are good for up to 10 wears. And Shawls/Scarfs/Wraps are good for months.
Or you can use your own judgement and wash them when they start to smell. Do your thing, boo.
Handwash with your favorite soap, and lay flat to dry.
