These yarns are about as farm fresh as can be without scouring and spinning the fleece yourself! All from sheep residing and lovingly cared for at Wellspring Farm in Burnsville, NC.
Jacob/Silk has a slightly toothier handfeel which lends itself to crisp stitch definition excellent for cables or lace. The silk adds just enough shine to really highlight the wool.
Alpaca/Merino is perfectly soft and lofty ready to hit your needles and give you that Alpaca drape with the Merino stability.
Both yarns are non-superwash.

Care Instructions
As this is a wool product it is fairly naturally self-cleansing. Socks should be handwashed after approximately 3 wears. Sweaters are good for up to 10 wears. And Shawls/Scarfs/Wraps are good for months.
Or you can use your own judgement and wash them when they start to smell. Do your thing, boo.
Handwash with your favorite soap, and lay flat to dry.
